C说的是没必要减排 注意这个是假设题，也就是结论必须建立在这个基础上 OG的解释就是说即使需要减排，也不影响结论，也就是说这个条件可以不要，所以就不能作为假设了作者: chenjing106p 时间: 2012-3-13 10:45

C取非，就是NP有必要减排。和原文结论不矛盾。所以不是ASSUMPTION
