第一题，设23分的铅笔x个，21分的铅笔y个，则得到一元二次方程

23x＋21y＝130 当然，这个方程有无数对解，但是根据题意是买铅笔，只能取正整数解（because GMAC assumes that the pencil dealer won't sell a half pencil or 0.1 pencil

），而正整数解正好只有一对啊，所以条件2单独就可以了。

第二题，根据条件我们可以得到 (k+t)(k-t) 是奇数，也就是说， (k+t)和(k-t)中有且只有一个是奇数，但却不能确定哪一个是奇数。所以下面三个式子无法判断出哪一个是偶数

第三题，两个条件合在一起，只能说明第五第六高的国家合计站了11.8%，并不能看出Country X的4.8%是在前六还是后面的啊。举个最简单的例子，第五第六的国家可以是6%和5.8％（此时X不在前六），也可以是7%和4.8%（此时X在前六），只要第五名的国家不超过14%（56/4得出的）就可以了。

第四题，条件一是说，数列是3的连续倍数，例如，3，6，9，12…… 条件二说数列的中数是33，这个更什么都看不出了。但是两个条件合在一起看，m个3的连续倍数（注意条件m是奇数）的数列的中数是33，那么这个数列的平均数也是33咯。

只有一个还不是太懂，第一题，这个二元一次方程式23x+21y=130，怎么看出来它是只有唯一一对解，而没有多种可能性啊~~

第一题的，把该式化成 21（X+Y)+2X=130，可以看出，（1） 21（X+Y)必须为偶数；（2）X必须小于X+Y。
符合（1）的（X+Y)有2、4、6、8......结合（1）与（2），同时符合的就只有当（X+Y)取6，X为2的时候了~~

所以只有唯一解了

对不起对不起，是我不好，答案没贴全第二题，两位回复的答案都是对的其实，就是A，没有一个是偶数。谢谢大家啦

同意这楼的说法，另外搜索了奇数偶数的四则运算法则，如果不能现场推到，硬背也行。
奇数+奇数=偶数，奇数+偶数=奇数，偶数+偶数=偶数;奇数-奇数=偶数，奇数-偶数=奇数，偶数-奇数=奇数，偶数-偶数=偶数;奇数×奇数=奇数，奇数×偶数=偶数，偶数×偶数=偶数。
话说这个是小学的提纲，深刻发觉G的数学很考基础
