你可以通过比较选项来做这个题目：
A当中用的是同位语结构，解释说明的是前文当中提到的interactions
B当中的with独立主格，需要了解其用法，
with独立主格是起状语作用的，表示伴随原因、状态、或者是条件，所以显然不正确(要区别A的同位结构和B的独立主格结构，两者的作用是不一样的。同位结构起修饰语作用的，修饰名词或名词短语，独立主格结构的作用我B选项提到了！)C和D可以一起来看，就是定语从句的修饰对象问题。很显然，这里定语从句就近修饰atmosphere
E这个as用的不对。但是具体的原因，我也不知道怎么解释了，找NN解释吧。哈哈
