补充一下，如果选D。those所指代的内容也与C不同，根据原文，those应该指代small cars. Today’s technology allows manufacturers to make small cars more fuel-efficient now than (small cars) at any (other) time in their production history. 选C的话，those没有可以指代的了。 请NN指教
