正确是（E），B为什么错？？？指代没有问题啊？？？？

B中的that没有指代对象啊~E中是表原因的，因为他们不再能够支付每月花费，所以就evicted from homes了。用could是表过去时

that不可以做定从修饰home么？怎么会没有指代？

因为that如果指代home的话，就变成他们不能afford home了，但是其实是他们不能afford monthly payments
