其实仔细理解一下句意就好了 插入语暂时不管，句子的意思是 A recent New York Times editorial criticized the city’s election boardfor, 首先, for failing to replace >>>>>>>>>>>>>, and 第二, for their failure to investigate allegations of corruption involving board members. 如果没有for的话 这钟第一第二的关系就不明显了，其次second的用法作者: ken_zyl 时间: 2010-1-7 14:07
感觉如果 第一个 for放在 first of all 后面，这样可能LZ会想得通点 。 但是朗读起来就比较奇怪了。 同理，如果 第二个for 放在 second 前面，LZ可能也较会想得通，但是还是读起来比较奇怪！作者: zhaojian18 时间: 2010-1-7 14:34

请教 secondly 为什么不对呢？ 作文里不是经常写： First of all ..... Secondly.... 这些么？我查字典secondly有其次和第二的意思啊。所以我选了B。请指教。
