如果你是做Architect的，我觉得在hard skill上应该不成问题。需要提高的可能是soft skill和client facing的一些sense吧

哦这个architect也不是pure technical，也face customer和比较偏向business negotiation，那就是我还有希望？我想知道我接下来该怎么办？
