13，两种表达是一样的 16，没听说过这个定律哦~一般是具体情况具体分析；加上that of就不对了，比较的本来就是两个Rate啊~ 30，这个method用得很别扭，'sheilds'是'method'? For...., animal-hide sheilds with ...were...., a method ?? No! A is out For...., animal-hide sheilds with....were...., as a method.. B out! For...., animal-hide sheilds with....were..., as a protection of... too twisted! 13. 两种表达方式是一样的。
16. 我觉得只有that后面才能加句子（主谓宾结构）， of后面只能加名词。
前面是personal spending，后面是1.4percent。好像that不在比较里面。
30. OG上面对简介的强调很重。再说shields不能算是方法。所以好几个选项都可以被否定了。

谢谢楼上这位大大的回答，你的意思是not …as …as和 not…so…as都可以的吗? 另外，不太明白16题那个 0.8 of 1 percent 是什么意思，我以为后面要对称，所以才that of 0。4 percent的 30题为什么method是和shilds对应呢？偶觉得后面是从句，不用和前面的对应的说。。。 33题接受，是啰嗦了~ 谢谢楼上的达人
