P174.4中个人觉得，如果要表明主句意思的It appears illogical to some people，which后的成分更像是限定性成分。。。即对句子意思起重要作用的成分。。并与后面has some 4000 miles XXX构成illogical的表现
P177.13 姑且不论blood pressure and a history用谓语runs来搭配有否错，假如两个选项从grammer和meaning考虑都合理，就要从concision角度来排除选项
