是不是说投入cookville使其能生产10 drill bits 的成本要大于生产后省下的成本，或是说如果c能生产10是在不满负荷的情况下，而满负荷运行成本会很高，也就是说总成本在方案转换以后反而增加了。另外就是由于c 工厂太远，shifting 的成本也比省下的多。个人觉得三个点都可以切入。作者: benzorg 时间: 2009-12-19 19:11 标题: drill bits the problems of this argu is : 1 the factory in cookville is the most advanced and efficient in what? we don't know it. it might be the drill bits, or not. 2 do other factories only produce drill bits? we don't know. maybe other factories produce other things that more profitable. and that may be why factory in cookville produce drill bits, maybe because the cookville factory can not produce other more profitable things 3 what if cookville can not produce enough drill bits, that is why they need other factories to produce drill bits? although other factories may not be so efficient in producing drill bits. 4 drill bits means machine parts or just a part of machine parts? maybe individual machine parts include drill bits and other machine parts, so to reduce the overall production costs they also need to reduce to production costs of other machine parts.
