第1 题，和 the storm's structure and strength 一样, 这里并没有说 the storm's structure and the storm's strength. 所以， 这里 the speed and path 是没问题的。
第2题，El Nino, （ 插入语 ）, + 句子。 所以， D and E 成立。但，定语重句不用where, 应该用in which修饰phnomenon。 再说，combine to do something 固定搭配。

做题时决定它最对称，可是拿不定什么成分，不要像og解释那样 dangling fragment,就没选。郁闷。。。。
这道题应该是想说： For gauging A, not B。 所以not..应该算宾补吧？
