1.比较对象是July和 any month 。 2.A.Bihar is India’s poorest state, with an annual per capita income of $111, lower than in the most impoverished countries of the world.（没有比较对象啊~）若改为an annual per capita income is $111 in Bihar , India’s poorest state, lower than in the most impoverished countries of the world. 就是对的了。有比较对象~lz想说的应该就是这个意思吧~好好体会一下这两句话的区别~~~
