有人解释为什么不选A的原因是as compared to 是错误用法，我怎么认为as compared to/with是正确的用法呢，有题用过这个用法，但是想不起来是哪题了

IMO B
这题是对称问题，as many households where ... as there are households where ...
而as compared to 其中的as不能同时起到跟前面的 as many ... 平行的作用
单独说as compared to, as compared with 这两种用法都是有的。

答案是C，B的错误是ratio不能compare，compare必须用于被动

弱弱的问一下那这里选择C. as those whose 是不是问题也出在平行原则上~~ 单就语法上讲those代替households，whose引出后面的部分没有错误是这样的吗？请求nn解答~~

这两题不一样
一个是as...as...还有一个是单独的as compared to
