Got email this morning.. titled as Admission Decision something

据信收习惯了，默认这种title是拒信，看了半天才发现是offer，再看了半天才发现scholarship。35,000 per year.

submitted Nov 16th, interview notification 2 days later, interview Dec 1, no early notification for offer like many others.
