这题寂静答案是D,貌似GWD也是有的,但是为什么不是B呢? 红字部分the plan is ill-conceived不是很鲜明的表达了作者观点了么,后面的黑体表明了支持这个观点的原因啊.

D中的paticular plan表示什么啊,如果是购买农用土地的话,那和原文表达的意思相反了呀

文章要反驳的，不是goal本身，而是为了达到这个goal而设计的strategy。
另外，同学，换题库了。不要再看这些11-12月的机经了。。。
