选哪一个啊？

与Aramaic script无关，决定derive的是both the 。。。（该部分倒装），即选前者

不是which 指代Aramaic script, 是Aramaic script 来影响北部和南部的indian alphabet?

from which后面倒装啊。。亲。。。both 。。。and。。。才是主语，为复数主语，那么动词用derive
