各位高人，这里我很好奇。这个the amount of应该怎么用呢？ the amounts of又是怎么回事？我真是有点晕。我记得看新东方那个flash的时候说，the amount of 后面加不可数名词，但是这个the amounts of貌似加的是可数。所以the amount of与the amounts of很不同么？另外a huge amount of又怎么用？我很晕啊！请各位高人指点！！

我也是这个纠结了，刚在CD上发帖，别人告诉我的呢
the amount of 的确是修饰可数N复习
但是句中是the amounts 做主语，所以是用exceed

？the amount of是加不可数么？那这个the amounts of又是个什么东西呢？这个the amounts of是修饰可数的？高人，指点啊！

不要钻牛角尖。 amounts 在这里就是复数主语，那么谓语选复数就对了！
