逻辑上都可以吧，不补出怎么知道是比较那个
但不是说介词比较诸位不用补出吗？到底用不用补？

因为比的是rise这个动作,用less修饰恰当~需要补出they did的~

纠结的地方在于为什么要补they are,我觉得它在比不同的年份。。也就是介词短语

不是补they are 哦~~补得是they did(rose)
因为比的是状态,就是止于sep.时的1年的增长率,与上一年同期的增长率,腔调的是rise,而不是状语~~

可是我觉得这里强调的就是两个不同年份的比较呀？？

那如果对不得是两个年份，则比较的事那2个介词，为什么还要将主谓补出？

顶一下，望更深入讨论。

这道题，比较的是两个不同年份的rose，所以补出了they did；那么不补出主谓是否正确呢，像
Employment costs rose 2.8 percent in XXX, slightly less than in XXX

那么如果是比较状语的情况下呢，像OG12那道彗星的出现和彗星的return的年份比，貌似不需要补出主谓啊。
