that引导定从修饰price
这里并没有比较的意思，AB错。
charge 后面直接跟the price不加任何介词，所以DE错。D根本不是定从

我选的是D,现在明白了D错，但又突然对E有好感了，难道是非限与限定的区别？

首先去掉插入语

A.as的用法是：as+名词表示作为。。。；as+句子强调动作的相似性。而观察本句，as前面的句子和后面的句子的主语是不同的，一个是物drug而另一个是人maker，所以不能用as比较的两者不具可比性。

B和A的解释是相似的，比较结构比较的双方要具可比性。

C做定语修饰price.

D。what在句子中必须充当成分，而后面这句明显不缺成分。

E。介词+which中介词的存在要合理，而此句中at没有相应的引导动词。

that引导定语从句不是要紧跟名词之后么中间能放插入语吗是不是C选项也有点不太好呢
