我选e，which指代不是主要的原因，其实我觉得是10%和6%的位置问题. B. from 6 percent to 10 percent its share of the $21 billion book market 如果开不清楚的话，这里很容易让人误解10%是以前的share。 E. to 10 percent from 6 percent its share of the country’s $21 billion book market。很明显6%是以前的share，不会造成混淆
