看了解释版的TN，说是因为evidence是客观物体，不能主动"to do"，所以只能用for doing，当时记下了。

正好今天做GWD16，立即碰到了类似的题目

B. to borrow money, the objectives of which are the protecting of

我选了E，其实仔细看C的后半句完全就是正确答案的表达，如果不是受上一题的影响我肯定会一开始就排除DE然后第二眼就会选C，但是同样borrow money的主语是legislature啊，为什么这里又用to do了呢。

没记错的话，第一题是og11原题，解释是support for是固定搭配
