IMO B
ACD很简单排除，注意B和E的差别：and 和 while。
they应该指代fraternal-twin pairs，that引导的从句用单数。

IMO B
ACD很简单排除，注意B和E的差别：and 和 while。
they应该指代fraternal-twin pairs，that引导的从句用单数。

我也想过that定语从句修饰feature.但前面有逗号,不能用that吧.困惑ing.

如果是省略了a feature的话那就可以用that了。a feature是同位语。如果改成which的话，which就近指代逗号前面的名词，也就是fraternal-twinpairs，逻辑意思就错了。

这种省略比较特殊的，所以我也不是很确定。不过以前有道白勇语法中的真题是类似的，for your reference：

At the time of the Mexican agrarian revolution, the most radical faction, that of Zapata and his followers, proposed a return to communal ownership of land, to what had been a pre-Columbian form of ownership respected by the Spaniards.

白勇解释说实际上划线部分就是 land, (a returen) to what had been a pre-Columbian form of ownership respected by the Spaniards.属于特殊的省略重复名词的做法。很多时候这个同位语都会补出的，那时候一般都是正解标志。

其中為什麼 overlook會加上ed?
