之前做了N多题，无不例外的宾语从句that不能省略

请大家帮忙分析一下，为什么这个宾语从句可以省略that

OG上也有呢，不过我忘了是哪一道了，只能说相对最好，这个that不能省略也是一条相对比较出来的，不能作为一个硬性指标吧
