2. 买P地不一定会比买S地很经济，可能P地会在未来贬值而S地在未来升值
我目前只能挑出这两个毛病，还有吗？

1 Ｓ的价格长，而Ｐ的价格没有涨，不能推出Ｓ的价格会比Ｐ高，可能Ｐ本来就很高 ２ 可以Ｐ和Ｓ一起购买，因为未来２个地方都可能会贬值，而不是只能购买一个地方（either or choice） 3 买Ｐ不一定经济 不知道说的对不对 open to discuss作者: maggie0406 时间: 2009-11-25 09:39
