2. 买P地不一定会比买S地很经济,可能P地会在未来贬值而S地在未来升值
我目前只能挑出这两个毛病,还有吗?

1 S的价格长,而P的价格没有涨,不能推出S的价格会比P高,可能P本来就很高 2 可以P和S一起购买,因为未来2个地方都可能会贬值,而不是只能购买一个地方(either or choice) 3 买P不一定经济 不知道说的对不对 open to discuss作者: maggie0406 时间: 2009-11-25 09:39
