标题: 请教as well as和and的区别

1. In the fall of 1985, only 10 percent of the women entering college planned to major in education, while 28 percent chose business, making it the most popular major for women as well as for men.

(A) as well as for men

(B) as well as the men

(D) and men as well（A）

(E) and also men

记得这是og上面的一道题，og解释了as well as 和and 的区别，不过还是不太懂～～

and表明完全并列，making it the most popular major 对women和men同时有作用，与题意不符。

A as well as B，强调的是A，说明28 percent (of women)chose business, making it the most popular major 只对women起作用，而popular在这之前已经在men中存在了，现在popular在二者中都存在。
