x y plane, line a and b same slope, y-intercept of line a is -1, what is the y intercept of b

1 x-intercept of line a is -1

2 line b passes through point (10,20)

根据题目可以设 a=Ax-1, b=Ax+B

要求的是B。

如果知道x intercept of a=-1,就知道 -A-1=0， A=-1 b=-x+B, 不能知道B。
如果知道b pass (10,20), 那么10A+B=20，不能知道B

但是如果2个都知道，那就是A=-1. 10A+B=20，那么B=30

所以我认为2个条件都知道可以求b的y intercept，不知道答案对吗

can I say:

-1=-m+b
20=10m+b
