笔记中说B错误的原因是过去完成时，但是可不可以理解成：在2001年被证明是（过去时）什么什么之前，这个损失已经造成了，所以我选过去完成时。

是不是resulting的分词修饰问题？

2001被证实为自从1992年以来的第一次收益为负的年份。
2001年1992年之后的，不是什么什么之前，所以用一般过去式就可以了，
分词resulting from用的也不对

现在一掐时间做，很多时候就会理解偏差，还是阅读能力不过关。
