平行结构: purchase price ..., the cost... and any additional amount... 三者平行. 排除B,C.

逻辑: 从句子的含义来看, additional amount是"borrow"的, 那么"borrow payment"就不合理了. 借additional amount是可以的, 但是借additional payment就完全不符合逻辑了. 所以排除Ｄ，Ｅ．
