题目说两个公司的雇员总数大致相等，但是Y公司付出去的总工资却比Z要来的多，所以认为Y公司每个小时的工资比Z要高，因为：D 需要支付更多加班费的加班现象，在两个公司都很少出现。这个选项其实就是排除他因，是原题的推理能够成立。而B选项，说Z公司工人的技术水平不如Y，这个怎么能得出Y的工资高？你可能自认为水平高的人理所当然那高工资，但记住，这是你认为的！题目没说，就不能臆断！！！

疑问：两个公司的加班都少，并不意味着两个公司的人每天的上班小时数是一样的啊，如果Y公司一天8小时，Z公司一天7小时，哪怕都没有加班，也推不出来Y公司的每小时工资高啊！
