是不是只有which可以引导非限制性定语从句？

我理解的是who引导非限制性定从修饰  the lone survivor。 who / which 应该都可以修饰非限制性定语从句， 一个修饰人，一个修饰物。 that 引导限制性定语从句，可以修饰人也可以修饰物。
