主要是and 和as well as的辨义问题
as well as 是表伴随的
A and B are …… 说明A和B是平行的，谓语动词两个都要考虑进去，所以用复数
A as well as is……说明A 是主要的，B是表示协同，伴随着的，谓语动词用单数，只考虑到A，B都忽略掉了。
不知道这样说的明白不明白~

の~再补一句，其实这里是“有什么和什么功效”，不是“有什么功效，顺带着什么功效”
