1. In December of 1987 an automobile manufacturer pleaded no contest to criminal charges of odometer tampering and agreed to pay more than $16 million in civil damages for cars that were test-driven with their odometers disconnected.
(A) cars that were test-driven with their odometers disconnected
(B) cars that it had test-driven with their disconnected odometers
(C) its cars having been test-driven with disconnected odometers
(D) having test-driven cars with their odometers disconnected
(E) having cars that were test-driven with disconnected odometers
C 名词+having been done/ having done修饰, 错
C 名词+having been done/ having done修饰, 错
test-driven adj.
如果理解为对cars的赔偿,(a)中应该为test-driven cars with their odometers disconnected比较简洁,且damage to something的搭配比较合理;(b)(c)中的it, 不合理;(e)中have表示主动拥有cars, (d)中的固定搭配have something done, 合理
3 pleaed no test to criminal charges of odometer tapering
cars that were test-driven with their odometers disconnected

在1987.12,一个汽车制造业者对诉讼的指控没有提出异议,而且同意为civil damages for cars支付超过$xxx的钱,而这些cars是test-driven with their odometers disconnected

(E) having cars that were test-driven with disconnected odometers
I have been to NewYork.

我倒是支持 have sth done的倒装,因为这里的sth是 cars with their odometers disconnected,但是这个短语比较长,所以把done即test-driven提到前面来了

cars that it had test driven 定语从句修饰cars。
