我的想法是： 1 承认In some cases, innovation and changes could damage an organization. E.g. 盲目追求变化与创新，忽略Organization本身的性质以及Employee的想法。这样实际上没有给公司带来Benefits。
2 可是对于有些Organization来说，Innovation and change would benefit organiztion a lot. E.g. 很多IT企业，such as Apple, Microsoft, 是Innovation使他们成为了Industry leaders.
Conclusion：There is no easy or certain answer for this issue.
