The firm is a well-established boutique Investment Bank with 49 offices in 34 countries from the Americas through Europe to Australia. They are one of the world's largest privately-owned banks. Because of recent expansion,we are looking for a first year Associate and a second year Associate with Mandarin Chinese skills to join their Financial Institution Group within their investment banking division in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Managing Director and Vice Presidents, you will be responsible in leading and executing IPO and M&A deals for the Greater China region as an investment banking generalist.
- Responsible in performing a wide range of corporate finance functions such as developing financial models and financial due diligence, preparing pitch books and presenting proposals to clients in Asia Pacific Region
- Provide financial advisory to clients, involve in client meetings and road shows, and perform financial analysis on various industries within Asia
Qualifications:
- University Degree from a top tier University ideally with a MBA, CPA or CFA qualification
- A minimum of 3 years of investment banking analyst experience from a bulge bracket investment bank or international financial institution in Asia
- Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin Chinese
- Strong presentation and team playing skills
- Extensive knowledge in financial modelling, valuation and financial analysis
