答案是B,语法上同意，但是原文中用了AS WELL AS这个词组表达的不是并列关系，即A as well as B不等于A and B, 所以我觉得C 更符合愿意，且也没有语法错误，请牛牛们指教。

我的意思就是b选项改变句子原意，根据A as well as B的意思：“A 是主要的，B是补充的”这个来看，b选项把A和B并列，而不是认为B是补充或附带的

C: 如改成a lowering of fears about inflation,意思上可能更贴近句子原意，现在就与实际常识(也就是本句的基本原意)相反。C的观点可以认为就是与A相反。B更近A。

能否把你认为的b和c选项的翻译传上来看看，我是这样翻译的：b:利息的下降和对通货膨胀的担心的减少； c:利息的下降，连带对通货膨胀的担心的下降。

所以我觉得两个答案的意思是一致的，但c 用了along with表示附带关系

看B：

a lowering of,,,,a rally in,,,,,and a weakening of 很有节奏的

看C:

a loweing of,,,,along with fears, ,,,,a rally in,,,, and a weakening of

fears, ,,,,和a rally in,,,, a weakening of,,,,,是不大平行的，因为a rally, a weakening 都是反映一种趋势，而fears没有。

c改变了句子的原意，意思是说“利息率下降的过程中伴着对通货膨胀的恐惧——通货膨胀的恐惧是没有降低的。”（a lowering of interest rates, along with fears about inflation）

而b则如原文所说，利息率和通货膨胀是同时下降的。

完全Maotian的分析,我有一个问题请教各位XDJM, a lowering of ...是一种名词化的动名词,从语法角度来说,如把"a"去掉,不知在语法上是否是正确的?

即:lead to lowering...,rally...,and weakenging of ...

我认为C选项更加符合逻辑意思。

SC的句意（翻译）很重要啊

这里强调原句意思： a large drop in oil prices 导致 : 1) a lowering interest rates 2) a lowering fears about inflation 3) a rally in stocks and bonds 4) a weakining of the dollar.

这4个结果，都有一个趋向，就是XXX 导致了 更少的XXX

但如果是C选项，along with fears about inflation, 是没有结果趋向的，C只说明了 fears, 并没有说，fears 是 increase 还是 decrease了

所以与其它三个结果不平行
