C 在以主谓语是过去式的从句中即That 后面的部分如果从句的时态是现在是的话这就表明 that后面说的是一个事实或被认为是事实的事情这两种状态是可以合用的

不完全对，on condition that 后面可以接一般过去时，一般现在时，用法跟if从句的类似。
接虚拟语气是xdf的白勇说的，但是我没有查到正式语法说可以接虚拟语气。
bc的失态都不对，前面是一般过去时。
