下边就是职位描述咯，我怎么看着像--电话服务员啊，又或者有点像网上卖保险的
是我理解有错误嘛？因为蓬勃，还是很大的公司啊

请问大家觉得这个工作算什么工种，对将来在金融行业进一步发展有前途么，这个职位前景一般都是什么啊

还有就是，一般适合什么样子的人做呢

Position：Professional Analytics Representative

The Role

Our Analytics team is looking for enthusiastic self-motivators with an
entrepreneurial spirit, that would love to grow with one of the most dynamic
and exciting companies involved in the financial markets today. Bloomberg
Analytics sets the standard in platinum customer service in the financial
industry and is an integral part of our focus on client satisfaction. As an
Analytics Representative, you will develop a deeper insight in understanding
the influence that our products have on the financial markets. The
successful incumbent will work proactively and productively as a team to
provide the best possible solutions for our clients. By assisting our
professional clients via Instant Message or phone during the course of their
business, you will develop the knowledge and skills needed to progress in
Bloomberg.

Qualifications

- Degree in Finance, Mathematics or Engineering
- Be a fast learner and have an innate curiosity for financial structures
- Be customer focused and an expert in anticipating client needs
- Work proactively and productively as a team to provide the best possible
options for our clients
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Fluency in both spoken and written English and Mandarin is a must

其实就是高端点的客服
banker在bloomberg上找资料找不到了，或者觉得bloomberg的某个数据又问题，就联系你。

那意思是没啥前景吗？高段客服以后可以做什么呢

因为Bloomberg毕竟是服务投行的，所以我不了解，说这个工作，对转到投行，或者mba，含金量怎么样
或者一直做下去，就在公司内部会有什么前景呢？

彭博跳槽前景很窄吧，就是他和汤森跳来跳去？？？

好像进去就希望你一直做下去吧，不鼓励念啥MBA。

Bloomberg内部的career path听说很flexible，硬件条件不错的话，把你调去播新闻都有可能，呵呵。

貌似他们家career path听固定的并不是很鼓励内部transfer等

當我在BBG鍵盤上按了兩次Help鍵后, 做這個位置的人就要工作開始了

有時候應該也會去給user做training

相當不錯的工作阿, 看部門應該是會跟許多Ibanking的或是hedge fund公司的trade floor 常常有連絡
這種公司的脈路都相當廣. 內部怎樣就不知道了

我面过HK的这个，就是用bloomberg terminal回答客户问题
不光是技术问题，很多涉及金融产品，模型使用等技术问题
其实蛮不错的，这个做出来先不说别的，我觉得就说能够熟练掌握bloomberg terminal的话，也是以后在IB发展的一把钥匙了

上月在Bloomberg新加坡，接待的有个人就是先做这个职位，然后转了销售
他们说内部transfer很鼓励的
