	Dear ABC school, After carefully reviewing your credentials as a business school, I regret to inform you that I will not be accepting your admissions offer. There are so many qualified business schools, that it is inevitable that I have to reject at least one. I know this must come as such a disappointment to you, but try to take comfort in the fact that many people do still want to attend your fine insititution. Regards, CanIQuitYet

Add two more sentences at the end of the letter:

I am very sorry, but wish you all the best in your future endeavours.

应该这样写：

Dear ABC School,

After careful consideration, I inform your school with regret that I cannot act favorably on acceptance of your offer. I can admit all schools to which I applied have granted me offers and only several schools among them are qualified for my serious consideration. I have received various amount of scholarships coming with offers which have made me much harder in making a decision than at any time in my life. The fact that I have not accepted your offer should not be taken as a poor reflection of your academic reputation, faculty's qualify, or achievement in MBA education, but rather as a reflection of the strength of your competitors which granted me offers. In most cases, there is no single reason for a decision not to accept an offer.

lease be assured that your offer received my thorough review. The feedback (if you require) with regard to why your offer was not accepted will be informed in late April. Thank you for your interest in me. I wish your school success in admitting right students and in future endeaver.

Acually it is me who post a thread asking for advice on how to turn down ofer, then this guy replied with this letter. He was so funny. really LMAO. Hilarious indeed. But i dare not use it anyway
