文章题干说此保险公司是同时为R和S两家雇员服务的（Two computer companies, Garnet and Renco, each pay Salcor to provide health insurance for their employees.）

结论说保险公司不推荐R家的员工做test，因为R家的员工做几年就跳槽了（也就是说不值得推荐这些离开R家的员工做test）

C选项说G家雇佣了很多R家的前员工。也就是说这些前员工会变成G家的员工，那么保险公司还对两家公司的员工搞区别对待（只推荐G家的员工做test）就不对了。

结论是：salcor没有finacial incentive
要想seriously weaken,就要找到finacial incentive
如果r雇员都去了g,当然对s来说是好事了，毕竟g也是客户，这就是finacial incentive

转贴一个很好的解释:那些员工在 Renco 时如果不做胆固醇的检验，进到 Garnet 时，可能就病发中风，Salcor 就要花很多钱去治疗这些员工。所以如果在 Renco 时就已经做检验，那很可能预防中风，那就可以省钱

是这样啊，说保险公司没有动力给R的员工做早期的检查，因为R的员工做做就走了，但是啊，削弱就说啊，R的员工都去了G啊，因为G也是保险公司的顾客塞，如果员工因为没有在R的时候没有检查出来高胆固醇，然后跳槽去了G，那么保险公司S还是要赔很多的钱啊，所以削弱。

哎？不对呀？选项E为什么不行呢？R的员工平均年龄比G的要大，也就是说虽然没几年R的员工能在公司里，但是他们的发病率要比G高呀~~~~同样也是削弱吧？？？？？为什么E错了呢

G和R是两家公司，这两个公司在S保险公司给员工上保险。如果提早做检查，就能减少发病，保险公司就能少赔钱，因此S就劝G让员工赶紧检查。但是因为R的员工带不了几年还没发病就走了，保险公司没有赔钱的风险，因此保险公司S没有经济上的愿望去劝阻R公司搞这个检查。这里有一个假设就是R的员工走了，保险公司就没有赔钱的风险。削弱就是削弱这个。跟年龄大小（说的是过几年容易发病，没说老了容易发病）和员工人数什么的都没关系。
