不是高手，用排除法的

ABC it 和them都没指代对象

E的被动语态和后面的making 引导的状语不一致，就是making修饰不了 were

D的话Do后面可能省略了so吧，我想

同意sumerlaw ，排除法可以得到D。

make do词组中的do用来代替主句中的一系列动作

例如：Joe lives in the Central Park of New York, N.Y., making
do as best he can。

Is Ross who prefers "dinosaur language" accessing treatment in Beijing, or is he making
do with a nonpreferred language?

可以把它当做固定用法来用
