Duke - Global Executive Program and Distance Program: requiring a minimum of 6 years experience, with the average experience of those on the programs being 15 years with an average age of 40 - no GMAT is required for these courses.

拿到这种一对一面试的机会对申请有什么好处么？目前拿到3个invitation，不知道这样的interview和正式的面试有什么区别，会问一些什么问题呢？
