这道题为什么选B呢？were bulit 和 connected 不是并列谓语动词吧，因为二者中间没有连词。请NN们 解惑。

connected 是后置定语，省略了which were，不是并列谓语

E项句子杂糅了，出现了两个谓语，were  built 和 each had been 中间没有加and

connected后面的到底是修饰structures还是修饰rooms呢？
