答案是 A。可是我不太看得懂题意。帮帮我吧！

“Fast cycle time” 策略是指设计一种生产流程来消除生产中瓶颈和延误。这不但会加速生产，而且会保证质量。原因是，如果不第一次就做好得话，就不能消除瓶颈和延误。

原文当中消除瓶颈和延误与加速生产，保证质量之间显然有跨度。所以需要把他们联系起来。

这个假设虽然有问题，但是却是必需得假设，让质量和瓶颈、延迟有了因果关系。所以正确答案。

原因: BOTTLENECK 解决了, 所有的事情就DONE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME 了

结论, 解决BOTTLENECK 可以解决所有质量问题

假设: 这里的假设没有桥梁作用, 而是前提的可行性假设. 假设, 所有的质量问题都可以造成BOTTLENECK
