A.中 a goal that the argument rejects as ill-conceived 肯定是错的，因为ill-conceived是那个第二句买地的plan 不是第一句的goal
B.很显然它说goal can't be attained错了，因为后面推出plan can't be attained不代表goal是无法达到的（还有其它办法嘛，属于范围错乱）
C.不用说啦最明显的就是说第二句是judgment
D.貌似第一句里根本没有提到strategies，只有goal，第二句才是plan（strategies)
