（1）去年的职位总数=新建立企业的职位数+老企业的职位数

（2）今年的职位总数（增加）=新建立企业的职位数（增加）+老企业的职位数（减少）

（3）新建立企业的职位数（增加）=平均每个企业的职位数（？）*新建企业数（增加）

（2）-（1）》0根据题意就要满足括号备注的情况，其中？是题中未说的，既是所求

？是增加才能满足题意，就是c项

两分钟时间内做这么详细的分析还真是不容易（又要读题，搞清楚问的什么，还要分析清楚，再结合各选项选择）。

最好还是用有关无关来迅速判断，抓住Argument的前提和结论（是关于新增工作的），能够把BDE去掉。剩下的A和C当中，就比较好选了。
