标题: 关于措施目的型和充分必要型结论
各位NN，关于措施目的型和充分必要型的结论的关系我有疑问：
根据lawyer大牛的帖子

in order to/ to引导充分条件。
可以理解成措施目的型是属于充分必要型的一类，目的是充分条件，措施是必要条件。但是对充要型结论的削弱应该是‘显示充分条件成立，必要条件可以不成立’。但是措施目的型的削弱往往是措施达不到目的，那不是跟否定必要条件(措施)这个解题思路不同吗？下面是一个措施目的型的结论的例子。题目不难，答案是B。我只是想知道措施目的型到底是不是充分必要型的一类。请大牛们指教。

OG-70. Shelby Industries manufactures and sells the same gauges as Jones Industries. Employee wages account for forty percent of the cost of manufacturing gauges at both Shelby Industries and Jones Industries. Shelby Industries is seeking a competitive advantage over Jones Industries. Therefore, to promote this end（目的）, Shelby Industries should lower employee wages（措施）.

我觉得措施目的削弱题里大部分正确答案选项都是措施会产生其他负效应抵消预期目的或者得不偿失。我也是慢慢发现这个规律的，楼主注意以下应该可以发现。
