1. 答案就是C啊，that指代price，charge price for sth。D答案是哪里给的？

2. 多年快速发展滞后，这个医护公司成为市区最大的医护机构，但是被证明并不能处理不断增长的需求，也拖欠医生和医院好几个月的款项啦！

1. 当初我做这个的时候也选C 但是想想,drug’s maker charges 的是price么？明显不合逻辑阿，但这里要一个名词，charge的宾语，我还是觉得D最合适

2 翻译一下是经过几年的快速增长， healthy care company 成为了几家最大的health care providers in the metropolitan area，但是随后证明了它没有能力处理增长的业务，把给doctors and hospitals的payment 给拖了几个月了。

ABC应该都是 it was proved 后面问题也多多 D不能是proving 应为主语是company falling是分词表结果

以前GWD的讨论贴里面说过“charge price for sth”是固定结构，不知道对否？

想问下第二句中逗号后面加but 不是接完整句子的吗？

我是这样理解的：but后面是完整的句子，只是主语和前面一样，就省略了。
