答案是D，我选了E，我觉得allow和can是重复，因为以前做过一个题目说enable和be able to重复，我觉得allow 和enable差不多，can和be able to差不多，所以也重复，请各位帮忙讲解下。
这两个词是有差别的 只有两个意思基本相同的词同时出现或者表达含义重叠时才算重复
这题 allow的用法：allow sb. to do sth.是允许；allow that是承认
这样E的问题很明显了 不可能说 这个特殊的设计主动允许海龟做什么什么 目的是为了什么什么吧
这样不合逻辑
D中allow that 翻译成承认，好像翻译不通啊？
