正确答案选A。我在做的时候就没有思路，随便选了E，自己觉得也不大对。看了答案还是不明白，请NN指教啊~~

原来的学校用的是财产税，现在财产税取消了，改为销售税

E说零售商降低了税前的商品价格，导致税收少了，并不能支持原文

A是说因为原来财产税高，所以很多人都搬走了，财产税收入也降低了，现在改为销售税，多以应该不会比原来财产税少，

自己理解是这样，望还有大牛解答！

按照你的理解就是直接否定原文的"Three percent of current retail sales is less
than the amount collected through property taxes"对吗？
