答案是ABut后面的主句子结构看不懂，主语是气象学家，谓语是指出，可是宾语是什么啊？and 前后好像不对称的啊。怎么选出A呢？

整个的部分是一个宾语从句

the most obvious effects(,and those that would have the largest impact on people, )would be extremes （of temperature, precipitation, and storminess)

第一个括号里的部分是前面 the most obbious effects的同位语，意思是说最明显的哪些效应，同时也是对人类影响最大的效应

第二个括号里的部分是并列的

and those that would have the largest impact on people,此为插入语，解释the most obvious effects.

其他所有的选项都改变了原意所以只有A最符合原文所要表达的意思； A可能的错误是后面的小并列是与extrames还是temperature的并列的不清晰但是通过比较发现所有的选项都这样所以这个点并不是考察重点所以答案是A

and those that would have the largest impact on people,此为插入语，解释the most obvious effects.

along with,中with是介词，它宾语是谁呢？that已经是indicate的宾语了阿。还有，插入语中，and是有什么用？and 后面的成分和谁对称呢？

这道题非常BT,在真正杀G,如果没有好的语感,还是放弃掉这道题.
indicate 后面无非讲了两个事:effects是由什么组成;effects给人们带来了什么
